A San Francisco judge on Tuesday sentenced a once-prominent attorney to one year in jail for fraudulently billing the school district, his former law firm and health insurance company for nearly $400,000 related to care of his autistic son.
Jonathan S. Dickstein, 44, and his wife, Barclay J. Lynn, also 44, had pleaded guilty to 31 fraud and other charges for creating a phony company as a way to fraudulently bill for special education, care and services for their autistic son.
